It started at a desk full of paperwork.
Nexus TMR was started by Tamara Ramsey. She spent her days handling billing and payroll and saw how much time owners lose to invoices that don't add up, payroll questions and reports put together by hand.
She started helping, one fix at a time. Sometimes it's sitting down to plan. Sometimes it's sorting out a messy process. Sometimes it's building a simple tool the team can use every day. That's still how we work.
