Who we are
Nexus TMR provides business support, strategy and consulting services, and builds and runs private workspaces and tools for its clients ("clients"). This policy covers this website, our services, and the information clients and their staff put into the workspaces we provide.
Information on this website
When you use the contact form we receive your name, organization, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Information in client workspaces
- Each client's records are kept in that client's own workspace and database. One client cannot see another client's records.
- Clients control who has access. Each person signs in with their own account, and the client approves their role.
- Workspaces support client codes in place of client names, so names can stay with the client instead of on our servers.
- We access a client's workspace only to provide support the client asks for, or where the law requires it.
Health information
Some clients use their workspace for records connected to health services. Where that applies, our handling of that information is governed by our agreement with the client, including any business associate agreement.
Service providers
We use hosting, database and email delivery providers to run client workspaces and this website. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Retention and deletion
Client records are kept for as long as the client's agreement requires, then returned or deleted as the agreement sets out. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you, write to privacy@nexustmr.com. If your information is held in a client's workspace, we'll work with that client on your request.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
