The service
Nexus TMR provides business support, strategy and consulting services, and private workspaces and tools built for each client. Each client's engagement is also governed by its written agreement with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
Accounts
- Each person uses their own login and keeps their password private.
- The client decides who has access and what role each person has, and removes access when someone leaves.
- Tell us right away if you think an account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to access information you aren't authorized to see, or to interfere with the service or other clients.
Client data
Clients own the records they put into their workspace. We use those records only to provide services to that client.
Advice, reports and decisions
Our advice, plans, reports and payroll checks are based on the information available to us. Clients make the final business, payroll, billing and employment decisions and are responsible for reviewing our work before acting on it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and give notice of planned changes that affect how clients use it.
